Can I migrate historical data from Hubstaff?

Hubstaff data isn't imported automatically — there's no official export/import path between the two platforms. Most teams export historical Hubstaff reports as CSV for their own records and start fresh activity/time data in Rymot from day one.

Can employees see their own data?

Yes, by default. Every employee has access to their own time, activity, and attendance history — the same data their manager sees. This is on for every plan, not an add-on.

Does Rymot support screenshots?

Yes — configurable capture intervals, with employees notified at the moment of capture, matching Hubstaff's transparency model.

Can Rymot replace Hubstaff?

For time tracking, screenshots, and payroll-ready exports, yes. If GPS/location tracking for field teams is a hard requirement, Rymot doesn't cover that today — Hubstaff remains the better fit for that specific use case.

How long does migration take?
