Can I migrate historical data from Insightful?

There's no official export/import path between the two platforms. Most teams export historical Insightful reports for their own records and start fresh in Rymot.

Can employees see their own data?

Yes, by default and on every plan — not an optional setting. Insightful supports employee visibility, but it can also be run in stealth mode; Rymot's default is always transparent.

Does Rymot support screenshots?

Yes — configurable capture intervals, with employees notified at the moment of capture.

Can Rymot replace Insightful?

For activity monitoring, screenshots, and productivity analytics, yes — and Rymot adds attendance tracking and a path to compliance/DLP that Insightful doesn't offer.

How long does migration take?
