Can I migrate historical data from Teramind?

There's no official export/import path between the two platforms. Export your historical Teramind audit/session data for your own records before cutting over — Rymot starts capturing fresh data from install.

Can employees see their own data?

On Rymot Workforce, yes, by default. Rymot Enterprise supports stealth deployment for investigation use cases, same as Teramind — that's a deliberate choice per organization, not the default.

Does Rymot support screenshots?

Yes — configurable capture intervals, available on both Workforce and Enterprise tiers.

Can Rymot replace Teramind?

For DLP, audit logs, policy management, and compliance reporting, Rymot Enterprise covers the same ground. If you specifically need full session recording or keystroke-level playback, verify that against Rymot's current audit-log and evidence-export capabilities first — the depth of forensic detail differs.

How long does migration take?

Security-team rollouts typically take 3–5 business days to recreate policy configurations and validate against your compliance requirements before full cutover.
