Do employees know they're being monitored?

Yes, always. Rymot Workforce is fully transparent by design. Every employee sees a notification when the agent starts, knows which screenshots are taken, and can view their own data at any time. There is no stealth mode on this plan.

What data does Rymot NOT collect?

Rymot never logs keystrokes, chat messages, email content, or video. It only tracks which application is in focus, visited website domains (not full URLs), and time. Employees see everything that managers see about them.

Is Rymot Workforce GDPR compliant?

Yes. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. You control the retention period. Employees can request data exports or deletion. We do not sell or share your data.

How long does setup take?

Under 5 minutes. Install the Rymot agent on each device via installer (Windows), PKG (macOS), or AppImage/deb (Linux). The Command Center is ready within minutes of the first agent connecting.

Can employees pause tracking?

Yes — employees can manually pause the agent during breaks. Full opt-out is a company policy decision set by the admin. Most teams find that transparent tracking increases trust rather than resistance.
