Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Rymot Workforce, Rymot Enterprise, and Rymot Local (together, the "Services"), operated by Rymot ("Rymot", "we", "us"). By creating an account, installing Rymot Local, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Rymot Workforce and Rymot Enterprise are built to monitor activity on devices and accounts an organization owns or is otherwise authorized to monitor. As the Customer, you are solely responsible for:

• Complying with all applicable labor, privacy, and data protection laws in every jurisdiction you deploy the Services in
• Providing any required notice or consent to employees or monitored individuals before enabling monitoring
• Only monitoring devices, accounts, and individuals you have the legal right to monitor

Rymot does not provide legal advice; consult your own counsel on notice and consent obligations in your jurisdiction.

Rymot Local is provided free of charge for personal, single-user use on a device you own or control. Because Rymot Local stores data exclusively on your device, you are solely responsible for backing up and securing that data.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services to monitor individuals without a lawful basis or required notice/consent
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except as permitted by law
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
• Use the Services to violate any applicable law or third party's rights

Rymot Workforce and Rymot Enterprise are offered on paid subscription plans described at rymot.io/pricing. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless otherwise agreed in writing, and are non-refundable except where required by law.

As between Rymot and the Customer, the Customer retains ownership of all data it submits to or generates through Rymot Workforce or Rymot Enterprise. Rymot processes that data solely to provide and improve the Services, as described in our Privacy Policy.

We aim to keep the Services available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rymot will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or unlawful use. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
