Rymot LocalLocal 0.6.1Release
Site & app blocking during focus
Distraction Shield can now block distracting websites and apps for the length of a focus session. Website activity sits alongside apps on the Dashboard, and one productivity score is used across the app.

- Website and app blocking. Distraction Shield is now one list: set each site or app to Ask, Block or Allow. During a focus session a blocked site shows Rymot's block page and a blocked app brings up a prompt to return to focus. Both open again automatically when the session ends. Overriding a block is off unless you turn it on. Website blocking uses the Rymot browser extension (version 2).
- Focus environment links open in the browser you choose, switch to a tab that is already open instead of opening a duplicate, and can close the tabs Rymot opened when the session ends.
- Away detection. If you step away during a session, the timer pauses at your last input. When you're back, you can resume, count the time as work, or end the session.
- Safe Browsing guide in Settings, with step-by-step instructions for filtering adult content across the whole computer using a family DNS service.
- 12- or 24-hour time in Settings → General → Time, with a dedicated time picker.

- Websites alongside apps. The Dashboard and Insights switch between Apps and Websites, and Attention Distribution names the apps and sites behind each category. Category colours are the same everywhere.
- One productivity score everywhere: the share of tracked time that was productive. The Dashboard shows it as a ring broken down by category, with today's tracked time and the change from yesterday.
- Clearer browser status in Settings → Integrations. Each browser shows whether its extension is connected, connecting, closed or not responding, with the right action to fix it.
- Distraction Shield prompts and block dialogs now carry the Rymot design and title bar.

- More reliable extension detection, including Firefox installed as a snap, along with window refinements on Windows 10.
