How does attendance tracking work?
Once the Rymot agent is installed, it detects when an employee's device becomes active and logs that as check-in against their scheduled shift — no badge, sign-in sheet, or manual action required.
Can employees view their attendance records?
Yes. Every employee has access to their own attendance history, hours worked, schedule, and attendance score — the exact same data their manager sees.
How are late arrivals detected?
Each employee has a scheduled start time. Rymot compares their first activity of the day against it and flags anything past your configured grace period (default: 10 minutes) as late, automatically.
Can attendance data be exported?
Yes — daily, weekly, and monthly attendance reports export to CSV, Excel, or PDF, formatted to drop directly into common payroll workflows.
Does attendance tracking support remote teams?
Yes. Schedules are set per employee in their own time zone, and attendance is calculated against that schedule — not a single company-wide clock.
Can attendance tracking work offline?
Yes. The Rymot agent logs activity locally and syncs the moment connectivity returns, so attendance capture isn't interrupted by a dropped connection.
