Improved1

  • Release notes can carry short clips, so a new feature can show you what it does instead of describing it.

Fixed4

  • Window controls are the ones your system actually uses. Windows and Linux were being shown macOS-style coloured dots, in an order macOS doesn't use either, and the symbol inside each one only appeared when you hovered it — so there was no visible way to close the window.
  • Closing now says, once, that Rymot keeps running in the tray and how to quit for real. It always behaved this way; it just never told you.
  • Buttons in the title bar stopped responding on Windows after starting a timer or resizing the window. The whole bar was registered as a drag handle, which on Windows makes everything inside it unclickable.
  • The Linux .deb installs alongside Rymot Desktop instead of refusing. Both were trying to install a file at the same path, so having one meant you could not install the other.
